This workshop curated for Arya women retreat in Bodrum, Turkey hand to hand with artist Bumi Thomas, offers a new way to meditate, to heal and to experience art and life.

Inspired by Frida Kahlo life and personal journal guests transform pain and sorrow into an act of love and creation. By using music, photography and performance as catalysts of inclusion, stimulated intergenerational dialogue between women from diverse walks of life around themes of autobiographical transformation, awakening, consciousness and culture.
