The festival gastronómico, ‘El Saber del Sabor’, (‘the knowledge of flavor’) took place in the capital of Oaxaca state, Oaxaca City. It’s an annual festival that celebrates contemporary Mexican gastronomy leaded by star chef Alejandro Ruiz. In addition to inviting chefs from across Mexico, the festival welcomes chefs from Spain. Inspired by our Mexican Markets, this event offered a unique experience to its guests around the gastronomy of its valleys and local ingredients.
